Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Trinket Kingdom. If something isn’t right, we’ll help quickly. This policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and shipping issues are handled.

30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return window: 30 days from the date your order is marked delivered.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition (not used, damaged, or missing items).
  • Return shipping: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
  • Refund timing: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Wrong Items / Erroneous Deliveries

If you received the wrong items, we’ll make it right.

  • What to do: Email us with your order number and a quick description of what was received vs. expected.
  • Resolution: We will ship the correct items and provide a return label if a return is necessary.

Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged in transit, we’ll replace the affected items.

  • What to do: Email us with your order number and clear photos of the damage (packaging + items).
  • Resolution: Once we review the photos, we will replace the damaged items.

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

Contact us at support@trinketkingdom.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The name(s) of the item(s) involved
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (required for shipping damage claims)

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Notes & Exceptions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • If items are returned in a condition that is not original (used or damaged), we may not be able to issue a full refund.
