30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Return window: 30 days from the date your order is marked delivered.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition (not used, damaged, or missing items).
- Return shipping: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
- Refund timing: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Wrong Items / Erroneous Deliveries
If you received the wrong items, we’ll make it right.
- What to do: Email us with your order number and a quick description of what was received vs. expected.
- Resolution: We will ship the correct items and provide a return label if a return is necessary.
Damage During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged in transit, we’ll replace the affected items.
- What to do: Email us with your order number and clear photos of the damage (packaging + items).
- Resolution: Once we review the photos, we will replace the damaged items.
How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

- Your order number
- The name(s) of the item(s) involved
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (required for shipping damage claims)
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Notes & Exceptions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
